As managers, accepting change is a requisite, but it becomes involuntary over a period of time. The real challenge lies in mastering the art of identifying the need and then bringing about a change, which no one else envisioned. The necessity and art of change is even more pertinent to HR managers. After all, the immense power of Human Capital is also accompanied by the capricious human nature. To continually evolve, to unlearn the conventional wisdom and exploring uncharted waters is the only way to unleash the latent human potential. Keeping this in mind, ‘Unlearn to Unleash’ has been identified as the theme for Anveshan 2016.
