V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education (VMSIIHE), Raia-Goa, will be conducting a two-day Customer Service Workshop by Prof. Irfan Mirza, CHE & Director/Principal on the 15th and 16th December 2021, at the institute premises.
Relationships with customers are built to last, and those closest to the point of action- the frontline customer service employees- are imperative to create that bond. It is these individuals who pose as the company’s face in their dealings with customers and their demeanor that determines and reflects the organizational codes and morale.
The course offers a wholesome learning experience with a focus on the elements of guest service. Apart from learning through engaging case commentaries, participants will receive informative handouts, be part of interactive sessions, and upon completing will receive a certificate. Lunch and refreshments will be provided during the two-day workshop.

The workshop has a limited capacity of 24 seats with a fee of INR 2500 per person inclusive of GST. Accommodation can be provided on campus on twin sharing basis (AC rooms) with breakfast and dinner for INR. 1500 per person plus GST. The last date for registration is Monday, 6th December 2021.
