The delightfully refurbished Ori Pan Asian Cuisine restaurant at The HQ opened its doors this week with an à la carte menu that features an exemplary variety of non-vegetarian and vegetarian cuisines from the northern, coastal and southern regions of the Orient.

The relaxed and stylish atmosphere with a new interior Ori at The HQ is complimented by delicious Asian Cuisine with Chinese, Japanese and Thai flavours, served by professional and efficient staff.  

The new design which is outstanding has resulted in a truly stunning new look. The interiors of Ori Pan Asian Cuisine restaurant have been revitalized to include inviting shades of cooling lime green, golden yellow and deep red inspired from the Ori logo. Adding to the décor is an oriental fan feature depicting the Ori logo, contrasting dark panels and furniture which enhance the interiors offers a rich, stylish feel. A water feature and warm lighting, completes the whole feel that reflects the traditional hospitality that the service at The HQ is known for.  The overall appearance offers the highest imaginable experience.

Corporate Chef Raj and his team a have indeed created an exquisite menu which includes authentic and healthy new additions while ensuring that existing favourites continue to stay. The elaborately planned menu by Corporate Chef Raj and his team has truly reflects his maxim of creating healthy but exciting and tasteful delicacies without neglecting the roots of the Oriental cuisine with the greatest attention to the presentation and quality of its ingredients served.

A combination of fresh meats, seafood, fresh vegetables and tangy spice melts into aromas of kaffir leaf and garlic that linger to create an inspired journey of the culinary classics. Right from the Fisherman’s Soup, the delectable Alaska Rolls, the experience only transcends into an exquisite journey of Surumi salad, succulent and crispy Tempura Prawns perfectly done Dimsims and the ever loved Dragon Chicken. The delightful scrumptious surprises keep coming in with the lip smacking Butter Pepper Crab, Thai Prawn Curry, Lemon Basil Curry and Pad Thai Noodles. Every item on the menu offers a unique experience to each guest.  

If all that has left an inch of space for more, those with a sweet tooth, Ori’s signature dessert Coin Mang, mango ice cream with a generous sprinkling of Cointreau caramelized nuts awaits. Somehow the popular Darsan crispy flat noodles topped with ice- cream always seems to make for a fine end to a grand meal. The beverage selection to choose from has been carefully planned and offers a high end variety of fine wines, cocktails, liquors and even Japanese beer. The selection has been carefully picked to offer a well balanced blend of paring the food with the beverages.
