The spread, specially cooked by the Rajasthani Masterchefs at Grand Hyatt Goa includes flavorful aromatic dishes served to appease your heart. The dishes include the Dal Mangodi Papad ka Shorba, Bikaneri Wadi Aur Subz Ke Seekh, Pithod Ke Tikka, Banjara Murgh Tikka and more to start off with.

The Rajasthani ‘Bhojan’ includes the Laal Chicken, Maans Ka Soweta, Rajasthani Dal Dhokli, Ker Sangria, Papad Methi Aloo Mangodi, Jodhpuri Kabuli and the signature Rajasthani Dal Bati Churma. Enjoy this delicious spread with wholesome accompaniments like the Laal Mirchi Ka Parantha and Methi Missi Roti. End this culinary journey with Rajasthan’s exceptional ‘Mithais’ like the Khaas Malpua and Rabdi as well as Badam Ka Sheera.

To add to this extravagant feast Chulha has also curated delicious Rajasthani inspired beverages like the Pandit Lassi, Jalpuria Chaas and Ramgarh Milshakes in kesar and rose flavours. Also try delectable cocktail infusions like the Lake Pichola, a white run, triple sec, ginger, orange zest, lime juice and egg white concoction, Royal Mewara whisky based cocktail with triple sec, cardamom and lime juice, Khamba Gani with tequila, ginger, lime juice, sugar syrup, grenadine, orange zest and soda or theMathania, a vodka based blend with lime juice, jalapeno, red chilli and pineapple juice.
